These private sessions are intended to support personal growth, emotional clarity, spiritual healing, self-discovery, and inner transformation. Clients are encouraged to explore topics related to their personal journey, relationships, life patterns, healing, and spiritual development.

Sessions are not intended for fortune-telling, gambling predictions, legal disputes, or verifying the claims of other practitioners or psychics.

All sessions are spiritual and educational in nature.

By booking a session, you understand and agree that:

• Sessions do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• No diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or guarantees are provided.

• Any insights, messages, or guidance shared are offered for personal reflection and spiritual support only.

• You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

The information shared during sessions is designed to support emotional and spiritual well-being and should not be interpreted as professional healthcare or legal guidance.

Preparing for Your Session:

Questions & Intentions

Please prepare 7 to 10 thoughtful questions or topics you would like to discuss during your session. Focus on your own healing, growth, relationships, life direction, or spiritual path.

Environment

For the best experience:

• Choose a quiet and private location.

• Attend your session sober, focused, and emotionally present.

• Ensure you are in a space where you can participate without interruptions.

Age Requirement

By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. Personal information and discussions shared during sessions are kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Limited information may be accessed by support staff strictly for scheduling, customer support, or technical assistance purposes.

Session Recordings

When available, a recording of your session may be provided for personal use. However, recordings are not guaranteed due to possible technical issues.

Failure to receive a recording does not qualify for a refund.

If a recording link or downloadable file is provided:

• Please download and save your copy promptly.

• Recordings may only remain available for a limited time.

• Clients are responsible for storing and backing up their own files.

Personal recordings are for private use only and may not be shared, reposted, distributed, sold, or publicly published without written permission.

Payments, Refunds & Scheduling Policies

Payments

All session payments are final and non-refundable.

Booking a session reserves dedicated time and energy specifically for you.

Rescheduling

Because availability is limited:

• One reschedule may be permitted depending on availability.

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

• Sessions within 2 days of the appointment date may not be changed.

• Any rescheduled appointment must be completed within 60 days of the original booking date.

Missed Sessions & Cancellations

• Missed appointments and client cancellations are non-refundable.

• Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be considered a no-show, and the session may be forfeited.

In certain genuine emergency situations, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Provider Cancellations

If the provider must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose:

• A new appointment time based on availability, or

• A full refund for the affected session.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue services when necessary, including situations involving inappropriate behavior, boundary violations, harassment, or misalignment with the purpose of the services offered.

If a session is canceled by the provider before services are delivered, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees.

Agreement

By scheduling and purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, policies, and disclaimers.
